On your first visit, a banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences (with separate Analytics and Advertising toggles). Necessary cookies load regardless. For Google's tools (Analytics, Ads), we use Google's Consent Mode — their tags load either way but don't set tracking cookies until you consent. The Facebook chat SDK doesn't support that mechanism, so that script simply doesn't load at all until you consent.
